Help with StudyOn, the focus timer and homework app for iPhone and Mac.

Blocking isn't working on my iPhone.

On Today, tap the line under the Start button and approve Screen Time when iPhone asks. Blocking only runs during a focus round (or with Always block turned on) and lifts on its own when the round ends.

Blocking isn't working on my Mac.

The first time StudyOn checks a browser, macOS asks whether StudyOn may access it - choose OK. If you chose Don't Allow, open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Automation and turn StudyOn on for your browser.

My Canvas homework isn't showing up.

Go to Homework > Connect, search for your school and sign in with your school account. If your school isn't listed, choose "Can't find your school?" and enter its Canvas address.

How do early exits work?

If you signed the weekly commitment you get three early exits a week to end a focus round early. Breaks never count, and exits come back every Monday.

How do I delete my account?

Tap your avatar on Today, open Profile, and choose Delete Account. This removes your account and study data from our servers.
